Use of the Website
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to these Terms, Aztec grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited personal licence to access and use the Website for its intended purpose (shopping for personal items and browsing). No commercial use or use on behalf of third parties is permitted without our prior written consent. Any breach results in immediate licence revocation.
No part of the Website may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not frame or enclose any trademark, logo or proprietary information, or use meta tags or “hidden text” utilising our names or marks, without consent. You may not misuse the Website, and you may use it only as permitted by law.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, hack or otherwise exploit the Website unless expressly permitted by us in writing. We may refuse or terminate service/accounts, prevent promotional code use, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including if conduct violates law, harms our interests, violates these Terms, or undermines a promotion. We may set minimum/maximum order requirements.
Restricted activities include (non-exhaustive): breaching these Terms or other agreements; unauthorised, deceptive or unlawful conduct; abusing promotions; infringing IP rights; defamatory/harassing behaviour; providing false information; creating multiple accounts without permission; refusing to verify identity; using anonymising proxies; causing excessive load; scraping/robot access; risking loss of supplier services; using the service to test card behaviours.

Loyalty Programme (“Sparklin Rewards”)
Users may be eligible to receive reward points redeemable on the Website upon certain purchases. By using Sparklin Rewards, you agree to these Terms. Points have no cash value, are capped at £500 equivalent value per 12-month period, are personal/non-transferable, may be revoked or adjusted at our discretion, and may be unavailable where prohibited or in excluded categories. One account per user. If an account is suspended/terminated, accrued points may be suspended/forfeited. Users under 13 are not eligible; ages 13–18 only with parent/guardian supervision and agreement to the Terms.

Promotional Emails
As a user, you agree to receive newsletters and promotional emails (including third-party offers).
Third-Party Sites & Ads. The Website may contain links to third-party websites/services/ads (“Third-Party Sites & Ads”). We are not responsible for them; you use them at your own risk and their terms apply.
Promotional Codes. We may issue promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) with specific terms. Codes may be disabled, have no cash value, be non-transferable, may not combine with Sparklin Rewards unless permitted, and may expire. We may withhold/deduct benefits if use/redemption was erroneous, fraudulent, illegal, or violated code terms or these Terms.

Information and Product Descriptions
Submissions or opinions expressed on the Website are those of the individuals posting them and may not reflect our opinions. Product representations/warranties are those of the vendor/manufacturer/distributor/supplier.
We and third-party information providers strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, reliability or timeliness of information. None of the information constitutes a recommendation.
Medical/food disclaimer (unchanged from your prior text).
Weights, Measurements, and Descriptions. Sizes/weights may vary; substitutions/refunds may occur at our discretion if items are out of stock. Refunds generally process in 1–3 business days (up to 5 depending on payment method). If only one item was ordered and it’s out of stock, we refund the item and associated delivery charges.
If a product offered on the Website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it promptly in unused condition. If you find a description in poor taste, please notify hello@sparklin.co.uk.

Accounts & Security

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aztec and its affiliates, officers, directors, members, shareholders, agents, suppliers, distributors, employees, contractors and licensors harmless from claims, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms.

Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and non-binding. Exceeding an estimated delivery term does not entitle you to reimbursement, damages, or suspension of your obligations.

Risk of Loss
All items are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you elect a “Safe Place” delivery, you take full responsibility for any damage or theft.

Returns, Refunds and Title
We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our depot. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without a return; in that case, we do not take title to the refunded item.

Modifications to the Website & Rewards Programme
We may terminate, modify, cancel or discontinue any portion of the Website or Sparklin Rewards with or without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to Sparklin.co.uk. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Typographical Errors
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to error, we may refuse or cancel orders placed for that product, even if confirmed/charged. If charged, we will issue a credit within a reasonably practicable time.

Copyright Complaints

Competition Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict with other communications. Entry/claim instructions form part of these terms.
Promoter: Aztec E-Commerce Investments Limited
Eligibility: UK Mainland residents aged 15+ (excluding employees and immediate families of the Promoter/agents/connected parties).
Winner selection: Random draw by computerised generator unless skill-based, in which case judged per stated criteria including at least one independent judge.
General: Promoter’s decision is final. No cash alternative. Prizes non-transferable; Promoter may substitute a prize of equal/greater value. Promoter may verify winners (ID/age/address) and withdraw entitlement for reasonable breaches. Winners agree to reasonable publicity (name/photo/comments) without fee. By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish or display any IP in their entry and agree not to assert moral rights; entrants warrant authority to grant such rights.
