🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
The item must be in a resalable condition
Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Return address details will be provided once your return request is approved.
💷 Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or opened products
Items returned after 14 days
Items not in original condition or packaging
